2026年11月13日（金）14:30〜19:30、コンラッド東京で開催される 「ADL経営イノベーションフォーラム 2026」（主催：アーサー・ディ・リトル・ジャパン）において、琴坂将広が 基調講演 を行います。講演タイトルは 「経営戦略の進化——アルゴリズムとロボティクスによる新時代とは」（15:10〜15:40）です。フォーラム全体の問いは、「不確実性下で CXO は何を見極め、どのように経営判断を下すべきか」です。招待制で、対面とオンラインが並行します。
On Friday 13 November 2026, 14:30–19:30, Masahiro Kotosaka will give a keynote at ADL Management Innovation Forum 2026, hosted by Arthur D. Little Japan at Conrad Tokyo. The talk, "The evolution of strategy — a new era of algorithms and robotics" (15:10–15:40), sits inside a forum that asks what CXOs should watch, and how they should decide, under uncertainty. Attendance is by invitation, in person and online.
講演で扱うこと · What the keynote will cover
不確実性は、これまでも経営の前提でした。生成 AI 以降、その性質は質的に変わった、というのが出発点です。講演では、経営戦略論のおおよそ50年の系譜のなかに、アルゴリズムとロボティクスの「新時代」を位置づけます。議論は『経営戦略の進化〈理論編〉』および『DIAMOND ハーバード・ビジネス・レビュー』2026年10月号の 「経営戦略50年の進化を10の視座から読み解く」 と地続きです。
Uncertainty is not new to management. The starting point of the talk is that, after generative AI, its character has changed. The session places the "new era" of algorithms and robotics in the roughly fifty-year lineage of strategic-management research — continuous with The Evolution of Strategic Management (Theory) and with the October 2026 DHBR feature on fifty years of strategy through ten vantage points.
策定と実行の境界が薄れ、AI が成果の平均値を引き上げ、ばらつきを縮小する状況では、汎用 AI の導入そのものは競争優位になりません。優位の源泉は、自社固有の文脈にアルゴリズムを埋め込む力と、企業の境界を越えた関係の設計へ移ります。講演では、CXO 間の連携と、制御・監査の要件についても示します。
As the line between formulation and execution thins, and as AI raises the average of results while shrinking their spread, adopting a generic model does not, by itself, produce advantage. Advantage shifts to the capacity to embed algorithms in a firm's own context, and to the design of relationships that cross the firm's boundary. The talk will also set out what collaboration among CXOs requires, and what control and audit must cover.

開会のあと、レゾナック・ホールディングスの真岡朋光氏（取締役 常務執行役員、CSO/CRO）、琴坂、三菱商事の平田智則氏（執行役員、AIソリューションタスクフォースリーダー）が順に話し、16:25からはパネル「CXOは何を見極め、どのように経営判断すべきか」が続きます。パネリストは上記3名に、アーサー・ディ・リトル・ジャパン 日本代表の祖父江謙介氏が加わります。進行はアジアクラスター統括の大原聡氏です。17:40からは会場のみの懇親会があります。
After the opening remarks, talks follow from Tomomitsu Maoka (Resonac Holdings, CSO/CRO), Kotosaka, and Tomonori Hirata (Mitsubishi Corporation, AI Solutions Task Force). A panel from 16:25, "What should CXOs watch, and how should they decide?", adds Kensuke Sobue, Japan Managing Partner at Arthur D. Little Japan. Satoshi Ohara, who leads the firm's Asia cluster, moderates. A reception from 17:40 is in-person only.
