A special joint research project between the Kotosaka Seminar and Konica Minolta Corporation will take place this spring semester.

今春学期、琴坂研究会とコニカミノルタ株式会社による特別共同研究プロジェクトを実施します。

The goal of the project is to propose a new business plan to the company's executives, based on four main topics proposed by Konica Minolta. On the scheduled days, you will meet with company employees to learn more about the company and to receive feedback on your proposals.

本プロジェクトの目的は、コニカミノルタが提示する4つの主要テーマに基づき、新しい事業プランを同社の経営陣に対して提案することです。実施日には同社社員の方々と直接面談し、企業理解を深めるとともに、フィードバックを受けることができます。

In addition, group work will run between 5 and 26 February, with twice-weekly meetings — either in person with Konica Minolta representatives or via Skype — to maintain an active team dynamic. Although the project itself runs only for these three weeks, the company is investing significant effort, and the skills and experience you will gain are likely to remain useful well beyond your university studies.

加えて、2月5日から2月26日までの期間、グループワークを実施します。期間中は週2回、コニカミノルタの担当者と直接、または Skype 経由でミーティングを行い、ダイナミックなチームワークを維持します。本プロジェクトは3週間と短い期間ですが、同社が大きな労力を投じている取り組みであり、ここで得られるスキルと経験は、大学での学びを超えて長く役立つはずです。

Please apply if you are willing to participate actively, to find new ways of using existing technologies and services, and to discover the means to innovate them. The project is especially recommended to students who are passionate about innovative technology, who wish to test themselves before entering the corporate world, and to those whose original, out-of-the-box thinking can help build a more innovative world. No prior qualifications or specialised research field is required — we are looking for fresh perspectives and interesting output.

本プロジェクト期間中、能動的に参加し、既存の技術・サービスの新しい活用方法と、それらをイノベートする手段を一緒に探っていただける方の応募をお待ちしています。とりわけ、革新的なテクノロジーに情熱を持つ方、社会に出る前に自分自身を試してみたい方、そして「枠の外」の発想でイノベーティブな世界の構築に貢献したい方に推奨します。特別な資格や特定の研究領域は不要で、新鮮な視座と刺激的なアウトプットを歓迎します。
