2015年6月12日に開催されたIVS 2015 Springの本セッションに、グリー・青柳直樹氏、サイバーエージェント・宮﨑聡氏、ネクスト・井上高志氏が登壇。モデレーターを務める立命館大学准教授（当時）琴坂将広氏の進行で、「事業創出・グローバル展開の罠」をテーマに議論しました。国内で成功を収めたベンチャーが海外進出で陥りがちな罠とは何か。海外での事業立ち上げ経験が豊富な3名が、自身の失敗体験とともに語っています。

At the main session of IVS 2015 Spring on 12 June 2015, Naoki Aoyagi (GREE), Satoshi Miyazaki (CyberAgent), and Takashi Inoue (NEXT) took the stage. Under the moderation of Masahiro Kotosaka, then Associate Professor at Ritsumeikan University, the panel discussed the "pitfalls of new-business creation and global expansion". What are the traps that successful domestic ventures most often fall into when they go abroad? The three speakers, all with extensive experience standing up businesses overseas, spoke openly about their own failures.
